This is part of a series for people living with chronic pain. You don’t have to come to every session, you’re welcome to come to all the weeks OR just to come along on the dates you think sound interesting or that might be helpful to you. And, if you can’t come for the full 2 hours, that’s also fine, just drop in for the time you’re able to.

Guest nutritionist – Musculoskeletal conditions and how you can be helped through a balanced diet
