Our weight loss course helps you to lose weight to improve your health and not just for the short term, but for a sustainable healthier lifestyle.
KHL is a healthy living charity and we are able to offer this service for free, however there is a suggested donation of £3 per session for those who can/would like to contribute. If you can’t afford this we do not want this to be a barrier to you joining the group.
