Taking up running can seem an impossible challenge.  This 9 week programme takes you from a complete non runner to running 5k route in 9 weeks.  Do it at a time and place that suits you.

Enjoy the outdoors and a chat with our Lifestyle Change Facilitator on a small group walk in one of Keighley’s public spaces. Walks last around one hour and are suitable for all fitness levels.
