Currently Staying Steady sessions  take place:

  • Thursday: 12:15am – 1:15pm at Keighley Healthy Living, 13 Scott Street, BD21 2JH. 
  • Friday:, 10:30am – 11:30pm at The Shed – Oakworth, Oakworth Village Hall, BD22 7HY
