Exercise
KHL can support you to become more active, whether that’s making first steps to get moving, or finding a different type of exercise for a new challenge. We offer a huge variety of seated and cardio exercise classes throughout Keighley and beyond.
Our groups are free, although if you can, we do ask for a small donation per class.
Before you attend an exercise class, you’ll need to fill out a pre-exercise questionnaire to make sure we’re aware of any medical conditions and so we can assess your suitability to exercise safely. You can complete the pre-exercise questionnaire online, or you can visit our reception team for a paper copy.
