Social Groups

Our social groups and courses have been developed to encourage conversation alongside different activities. People who attend can choose their level of involvement and the groups are a relaxed environment that ensure people feel comfortable and safe. You can attend one of our drop-in sessions or book on to a structured weekly social group. Our sessions are inclusive to all ages and abilities.

Our groups are free, although if you can, we do ask for a small donation per class.
