Skills Development
Developing our skillset is beneficial at any point of life. Whether it’s to gain a sense of purpose, take up a new hobby or to achieve a longer-term goal of employment. Alongside the opportunity to meet new people with similar interests, trying something new reduces stress levels, improves mindfulness and encourages confidence.Â
Our groups are free, although if you can, we do ask for a small donation per class.
