Support Groups
People can find themselves in need of help and support at any point of life. We have been working in partnership with members of the community and similar organisations to develop a timetable of support groups that meets the needs of the community. Our groups in and around Keighley vary from light-touch support to more specific topics for different communities. They focus on promoting social connections and allowing people to feel a sense of belonging with others that might have similar experiences to you. We aim to provide you with the opportunity to learn more about how you are feeling and how to better manage the challenges of life.Â
Our groups are free, although if you can, we do ask for a small donation per class.
