Movement Matters with Mary Parkinson

Gentle online class to promote balance and strength in key muscle groups. Led by instructors experienced working with people in pain. Designed for people living with chronic pain and those wanting to improve their mental health, balance mobility and mobility. These sessions are taught live on our Facebook page dedicated to gentle exercise.
